Overview
Indonesia 4.0 Conference & Expo is a prominent event aimed at accelerating Indonesia’s transition to Industry 4.0, in collaboration with
key government bodies such as the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia (Kementerian Perindustrian RI). This event serves as
a platform to foster discussions, knowledge sharing, and showcase technological innovations that can drive digital transformation across
Indonesia’s industrial sectors.
The conference and expo are based on the strategic vision of “Making Indonesia 4.0”, which was formally outlined in Presidential
Regulation No. 27 of 2018. This initiative focuses on leveraging digital technologies, such as IoT, big data, artificial intelligence (AI),
automation, and robotics, to modernize Indonesia’s manufacturing and industrial sectors, improving productivity, efficiency, and global competitiveness.

this vision. As manufacturing contributes significantly to Indonesia’s GDP, representing around 20% of its economic output, the event
underscores the need to embrace digitalization and technological advancements to enhance Indonesia’s industrial capabilities.
